Myocle may use AI-assisted processing to support AI Bodyguard, Content Sanitisation, Coach guidance, Monkey responses, PGIS recommendations, safety prompts, moderation triage, summaries, and user support. AI processing may involve user content, safety signals, feature context, and account settings needed to produce the relevant feature output.
AI can be wrong, incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable. Myocle does not use AI output as medical, clinical, crisis, legal, financial, or emergency advice. Where third-party AI or infrastructure providers are used, Myocle will aim to use providers that support appropriate privacy, security, retention, and contractual controls for the relevant feature.

Location features are optional and depend on device permissions and app settings. If enabled, Myocle may process location data to support Geolocator, trusted contacts, support sharing, or safety pathways. 9. Security
Myocle aims to use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards such as access controls, secure transport, account security protections, permission controls, logging, backups, provider review, and limited-access practices. No online service can guarantee perfect security. Users should keep passwords, devices, trusted contacts, and account access secure.
10. Data Retention
Myocle keeps personal information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain safety, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, support account recovery, keep records, and improve the product. Retention periods may differ by data type.
- Account information is generally kept while the account is active.
- User content is generally kept until the user deletes it, deletes the account, or Myocle removes it under the Terms or Community Guidelines.
- Support, safety, moderation, security, and legal records may be retained for longer where needed for safety, abuse prevention, evidence, compliance, or dispute handling.
- Backups and logs may take time to expire from secure backup systems.
11. Account and Data Deletion
Users can request account deletion and associated data deletion through the Data Deletion page or by emailing myoclewellness@gmail.com from the email connected to the account. Myocle may need to verify identity before processing a deletion request.
When an account deletion request is processed, Myocle will delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account unless retention is reasonably needed for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, tax, accounting, or compliance reasons. If a subscription was purchased through Apple or Google, the user may also need to cancel it through the relevant app-store account.
12. Access, Correction, and Privacy Requests
Users may contact Myocle to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, account deletion, data deletion, privacy support, or a privacy complaint response. Myocle will respond within a reasonable time and may request identity verification before acting on a request.
13. Children and Minors
Myocle is designed for users aged 13+. Users under 13 must not create an account unless Myocle later launches a separate parent-managed child product. Users under 18 should use Myocle with parent or guardian awareness, supervision, or consent where required by law. Myocle may remove accounts that appear to breach age requirements.
14. Overseas Disclosure
Myocle is based in Australia. Some hosting, app-store, analytics, AI, email, support, payment, or cloud providers may process information outside Australia. Where this occurs, Myocle will aim to use providers with appropriate contractual, technical, and organisational privacy and security protections.
15. App Store Privacy and Google Play Data Safety
Myocle aims to keep this Privacy Policy, Apple App Store privacy disclosures, Google Play Data Safety disclosures, in-app permission prompts, and feature behaviour consistent. If a feature collects or shares personal or sensitive data outside a user's reasonable expectation, Myocle should provide a clear in-app disclosure and permission or consent flow where required.
This Privacy Policy is intended to remain publicly accessible at https://myocle.app/privacy/ as an HTML page for app-store review and user access.
16. Updates and Contact
Myocle may update this Privacy Policy as the website, app, features, providers, app-store requirements, or legal obligations change. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
