1. Myocle Materials
The Myocle website, app concepts, app screens, written content, names, logos, icons, character designs, promotional posters, safety workflows, wellbeing systems, growth pathways, visual assets, interface designs, and related materials are owned or controlled by Myocle, its founder, contributors, licensors, or service providers unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. Brand and Product Assets
Myocle, Myocle Wellness, Monkey, Coach, PGIS, AI Bodyguard, Reset Zone, Glow Up Wall, Friend Zone, Vault, and related names, symbols, designs, phrases, visuals, and product identifiers are treated as Myocle brand and product assets. They may be protected by copyright, trademark, passing off, confidential information, design rights, trade secrets, contract rights, or other rights depending on the asset and jurisdiction.
3. Systems and Workflows
Myocle product systems may include AI-assisted protection, content sanitisation, PGIS progress logic, Monkey progression, Coach guidance, safety pathways, support flows, moderation flows, app-store preparation assets, and app creation service workflows. These materials must not be copied, reverse engineered, scraped, republished, sold, cloned, imitated, or commercially exploited without written permission.
4. User Content
Users keep ownership of their own content, subject to the rights of anyone else whose material is included. The Myocle Terms explain the limited licence users grant so Myocle can host, process, moderate, display, back up, support, secure, and operate the service.
5. Third-Party Materials
Third-party names, app-store badges, platform references, open-source libraries, APIs, SDKs, icons, fonts, or provider marks remain the property of their respective owners. Myocle does not claim ownership of third-party materials used under licence, permission, platform rules, or applicable law.
6. Permission Requests
To request permission to use Myocle brand assets, screenshots, posters, app materials, website copy, concepts, or other protected materials, contact myoclewellness@gmail.com before use. Permission must be written and may be refused, limited, revoked, or subject to conditions.
7. No Licence by Access
Accessing the Myocle website, app, early access materials, investor materials, app creation materials, or community features does not grant a licence to use Myocle intellectual property except as strictly necessary to view or use the service for its intended personal purpose.
